Do not know if this will help you but you could try using plugin “Child Themify”, it worked for me out of the box. I then copied as usual header, footer, functions to child folder. Gl

The WordPress preview, I’m having the same problem… Recorded it as well. See the preview on this page please:

Either click the “preview button” and open in a new window for best view, then resize the window similar to a mobile phone width, or view on a mobile, same result.

You can see if you scroll down to the section titled “LATEST BLOGS” with 3 posts. Here you can see the issue I described ??

I left the text blank and edited the class “.home-jumbotron h1” adjusted the font size to the image size added a non repeating background image, positioned the image to center and set the background size with a %…

This would be the class controlling the social icons that your looking for in the the themes style sheet:

}

If you haven’t done so already, I would strongly advise you to first create and activate a child theme. With the child theme activated go to the WordPress dashboard, appearance, editor and add this edited css to the child themes style sheet. Or… you can add it to the themes General Options, Custom CSS field.

I just added “float:right;” to the original…

Thanks, but I can’t drag and drop, sorry… The other tabs do not appear under the menu structure?

I tried adding all the other menu items to the new menu reordering them, however all that did was duplicate them all except the new link I added…

This is a one page theme so all the menu items are like:
http : // page/#home
http : // page/#contact

etc…

I got the same duplication in the menu if I saved as;”Primary Menu” “Home Page Header Menu” or both.

Now If I could figure out how to reorder that menu/link I just added to the the menu that would be great! The only thing I see under the “Menu Structure” is the link I just created.

Why mark this as resolved when wasn’t? What you said was not the case. The existing menu did not appear where you say it was as I stated above. What I saw was everything was greyed out in menus.

For anyone else who needs to know I resolved this by the following;

What I actually had to to was create a new menu, then add a link and check off the box for, Theme Locations: “Home Page Header Menu”

For more options on the link select the “Show advanced menu properties” drop-down from the top right of the screen next to the help tab.

Not sure what it was but I resolved this by downloading the theme directly from the authors website!
