Thank you so much for using our theme Better Health. You can easily change the header image via Appearance > Customize > Header Image and select the image for the header image. Check the screenshot below. https://prntscr.com/hvsnme
If you want to change the design, you need to customize the theme Style.css.

On home page we have just display excerpt content so formatting is not working, When you click in Readmore button you will see details page where all formatting will work. So this is not an issues.

At first thank you for choosing our theme, For sorting you should use category order Plugin you can find this plugin here https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/order-categories/.

Please Follow following step.

1. Install and active the plugin as mention above.

2. Go to Post Menu on Dashboard after that Click on Category Order Under that Menu. Please see this screenshot for details. https://prntscr.com/g7wv6t

3. Reorder that Category as you like and Click on Order categories button to save.

4. Go to Appearance and go to Widget. For details see this screenshot https://prntscr.com/g7wwhd

5 After you select Category from Quality Construction Our Work Widget then click on Save button.
