I found the issue. It was a conflict with the Enfold theme. Rolled back Enfold and now it works.

OMG! Posting here in case it helps anyone else.

I just searched further back through this support forum and found that actually, my original plugin had got updated with this one because they use the same namespace in WordPress! My original plugin was the one by @carlosmoreirapt (https://codecanyon.net/item/team-showcase-wordpress-plugin/4936368) and it got replaced with this one. I deleted this one and replaced it with the original one and it is all back up and running!

Our client is only interested in sending the voucher by post. Is it possible to either remove the “Email” part of the final screen or at least default to Post?

Could you replicate the issue on our site? I see another user had the exact same issue. Even with all plugins deactivated and a default these use, the issue persists.

We deactivated all other plugins and even switched to Twenty-Twenty-One theme but we still get the same error.

We are having the same issue on one of our sites. Seems to be mostly on iPad
