Hello again, shazdeh – I added the CSS with the value 1px to make the buttons rectangular. However, they only become rectangular when you click on them; as soon as you click somewhere else, they revert to oval shape. How can I make the buttons permanently rectangular?

Is there any chance of a plugin update? The plugin “hasn’t been updated in over a year”.

Hello again, Diana – My deepest apologies! You were referring to the 1.12 version – I had totally forgotten that the plugin had recently been updated and yes, it does work with my theme now, I just tested it. Thank you for your trouble!

Hello, Diana – I’m using the AuthorityAzon theme; the plugin works on my regular Pages and Posts but not on Reviews (which the theme developer says is a “Custom Post Type” page). There are similar plugins I could use that will work with WooCommerce but I’m not running WooCommerce.

Hello, Thomas – Thank you for your response. I tried out a few of the Recent Posts widgets and settled for “Recent Posts Widget Extended”, which is displaying the thumbnails nicely.

Hello, Thomas – Many thanks for your response! I didn’t get a reply from the plugin developer but I did manage to find a Youtube video which described how to hide the search bar at the top of the theme using CSS code, which is what I implemented.

Thank you, Kathryn – I contacted my hosting company and it was a php limit that was causing the problem. They created a .php.ini file (I think it was) and increased my Menu capacity, which enabled me to add more Menu items.

I’m not using Cloudflare, only a WP caching plugin. I’ve contacted my hosting service and they found some kind of security file that was blocking something, which they whitelisted. Unfortunately that didn’t help either. I decided to create a Secondary menu to replace the faulty one, which I have just finished and tested – it works! I’ll be using that menu as my main menu now. Many thanks for your input, it is much appreciated!

I switched to 2016 theme and there was no change. I still get “Oops! That page can’t be found” when I press the Save Menu button. I again deactivated all my plugins – no change.

Thanks for your response, Steve. I disabled all my plugins and cleared my site and browser caches; checked in Chrome and FF but no change – I still get a new window opening with “Oops! That Page Can’t be Found” after I press the Save Menu button.

I tried putting the code into the text editing page and it doesn’t work. Nothing is displayed. Someone else said that it will only display the ads after you get some traffic to the post, but that doesn’t make sense to me.

Hello, Kathryn – Thank you for your response! No, I was not able to get it resolved but a colleague told me of a similar issue elsewhere – it was theme-related. I don’t want to change my theme, though, so I have had to delete the Featured images from my posts. I am now going to mark this resolved.
