    Hello,

What you need, can be done with our WordPress form builder plugin, CaptainForm: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/captainform/. You can add for each student a HTML block, where you can insert the information about them. For each HTML block you can create a rule and depending on the code that the student inserts into a field, the HTML block containing his details, will be displayed.

We hope it’s helpful! If so, check it out. You will be able to build and customize a variety of forms: contact forms, order forms, registration forms, surveys, quizzes, and more. There are no more addons required, all 3rd party apps and payment integrations are already built in, and CaptainForm also has a free plan.

If you have questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us. Good luck!

Hello! This normally happens with WordPress multisite, when you try to access the plugin from a site in your network that hasn’t been granted access yet. Access can be granted from your main dashboard.

However, if this isn’t your issue, please contact [email protected] and the team will be more than happy to help. Thanks!
