Thanks Barry! If I move all content from the styling section (4 lines of code) into my style.CSS, would there still be an own / custom CSS from the plugin? Or would I have to disable the custom css-file somewhere?

Hey Matteo, thanks for the feedback. The issue described above is affecting only the backend.

Instead of the anonymous avatar (default), the avatar from the blog admin (set by the plugin) is shown as the default, “Settings – Discussion”. I have this only on the page where I run the plugin, why I assumed there is a relation.

Sorted it ?? Enable “Optimize also the unlisted thumbs if found” in ShortPixel will do the trick.

Thanks for explaining – I’ve added the extension and will see how the google tools react. You’re right with the theme (from Mikado), they are using WPBakery. Check again if they can support…

Would you also advice to disable hEntry if JSON-LD is the replacement? Like described here: https://gist.github.com/jaredatch/1629862

Hi Sybre, thanks a lot for your answer here. I’m a novice to SEO, why I might have another question (or two) on this if you don’t mind ??

Google is showing me errors for 18 (growing) blog posts, archive/tag pages and standard pages:
Missing: author
Missing: entry-title
Missing: updated

I assumed this content should be managed by the theme, the theme author redirected me to a SEO Plugin.

If I understand you correctly, I need to install an extension from TSF to make this work? Would installing “The Articles extension” be enough as a first step?

Origin ‘https://www.myurl.net’ is therefore not allowed access.

On my initial issue, I’m seeing it again mainly font-images are missing, which would be used as icons. Could this be linked to a caching plugin? Using WP Rocket. Is there a log-file of the plugin I could look at to see if something is missing?

Interesting, I did enable it… but now it works ?? Thanks for replying so quickly!

I disabled it first, then ensure the CDN Name has been added with HTTPS, enabled the HTTPS functionality and then “Rebuild” the cache from the plugin. Now it works.

Is there a reason why the page is gaining KB when using CDN? From 760 to 870KB when only enabling CDN?

OK, after chaning a property in the widget, in my case the title, the “Gravatar Logo” is now displayed instead of the “Mystery Man”.

BUT, I use a own Gravatar, how can I make sure the BWP RC widget is using the avatar defined in the theme?

Thanks for the reply. For a test I changed the Discussion Settings in WP from “Mystery Man” to “Gravatar Logo”. After I cleared the cache.

But the widget still shows the “Mystery Man” gravatar. Same happens from new systems which do load the site the first time (and I don’t use caching plugins). Any idea how to change it to my blog specific avatar?
