Did this get resolved? I just disabled the cache and deleted it and now have

I’ve determined its a conflict with Jetpack. Since that’s a basic wordpress plugin, what do I meed to do to fx the lightbox?

Hi, it was installed as a subdirectory.

I actually got a godaddy support tech to install it for me. Apparently there was a conflict in the persmissions folder the “theme-books” directory. Once that was corrected, the tech got it to install. That being said, that didn’t fix the install issue on my local synology. At first I tried to export out an EPUB and it seemed to work. Once I added content though, added chapter to the export, it failed during export.

So, back to the dependencies issue. Can you explain that? Godaddy seemed willing to work with me when I explained the need to set up a publishing platform.

Any ideas about this? same thing happened to me.
