Yes the address is set to my store address
We only do local delivery of our products within 50 miles from our store therefore yes at this moment all of our clients are subject to tax charge.
I’m also noticing that my check out is not working at all and now I get an 500 error message.
For example if I try to buy this at

using the an address of a hotel as you mention of
4111 E Willow St, Long Beach, CA 90815-1740
I will now not only not get the tax calculated but as I mention before I get an 500 error message.
I truly appreciate your help as we are getting close to Black Friday I need this to be resolved as soon as possible.
