Sorry for the delay in replying.
As you can see in the source code of the plugin in this part what does not exist is support to do that operation that you comment:
It would be necessary to reimplement that part creating an appropriate logic for the case you comment.
I am not an ACF/SCF user, could you tell me how I can imitate your behavior and find a solution?
Thanks for reporting!
Thank you for taking the time to value us and for the advice you give us. We will work hard to make this plugin a little better every day.
Thank you very much for your words.
With this feedback you help us to keep our strength to improve the plugin and to answer the support in the best possible way.
Thanks for your help! I have just fixed it ??
Thanks!
This is a problem of how the import is designed. It is done all at once and many servers cut off the process due to excess weight.
When we have some time we will implement the import by steps, as we do in the export, to avoid this problem but in the meantime you only have two solutions: 1) split the file in smaller pieces, 2) increase your server limits (execution time, memory, resources, etc).
Thank you, if you want to thank us for the work we do for the community, you can always leave a positive comment here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/import-users-from-csv-with-meta/reviews/#new-post
I will fix it in the future, at least next week. The addon for Melapress Login Security is causing repeated updates from my side and gives a very bad feeling to the rest of the users.
As you are really few affected (for now only you who notify me) please, when importing, disable the other addon.
When a reasonable time has passed, I will do a complete review and release a new version but I can’t go around creating updates to tens of thousands of users repeatedly for such a specific case.
The process finished but as you can see, it detects only errors (and 1 user OK).
If it detects errors in a process, the plugin does not delete anything (for security).
Please fix those errores and it should work.
No worries.
About your suggestion this is not a good idea because many users use “Nombre de usuario”, “Username”, “Login”… or any other.
I have never had anyone try to upload a file with an initial line like this before. So seeing the rarity of the case, I see no reason to improve the bug reporting here.
I refer to the next version of this plugin.
It will be availble soon.

This CSV is bad formed. The first row should not exist.
The second problem is solved (will be solved in the next version) and the first one does not exists on my dev sites (I have 3 different ones).
I would need to check what’s happening in your site but this issue is out of the scope of this support.
It seems your CSV is not well-formed.
Are you using Libre Office Calc to be sure the CSV is well-formed?
