I deactivated all my plugins. Then I re-activated only Password Protected and Login Designer. When I go to the customize menu, I still only have the 4 options listed above: Site Identity, Homepage Settings, Login Designer, and Additional CSS. I do not have an option in the menu to customize Password Protected.
so it’s not a problem with conflicting plugins, because I simply don’t have the menu that you have in the video shown, even when the only plugins I have active are Password Protected and Login Designer. I’m already using the default theme.
See the video of my screen here.

I am already using the WordPress default 2022 theme. I will check the plugins one by one today. However, I do not have the “customize – password protected” menu showing up that you reference in the video. When I access the customize menu, my options are: Site Identity, Homepage Settings, Login Designer, and Additional CSS. Password Protected isn’t even showing up as an option to customize.
Thank you so much!
It’s nice to know I’m not alone….I know previously that was the case, but now, on the plugin page itself, they say “New ?? Now you can customize the whole password protected screen including the background, font, logo, color e.t.c.”
And when you install the plugin, there’s a message saying “Now you can customize your Password Protected screen with the Login Designer plugin??
??Try it now! It’s Free.” that links to the Login Designer pluginClearly, the indication is that we should be able to customize the password protected screen, but we can’t. It would be good to hear from WPExperts on this issue because something isn’t working correctly.

In reply to: [Relevanssi - A Better Search] Scroll results page to search termThat’s actually really helpful, my first assumption is that I’m doing something wrong. If you’re able to come up with a solution, I’m happy to implement it. I still love the plugin and plan to keep using it. I appreciate your time and assistance!

In reply to: [Relevanssi - A Better Search] Scroll results page to search termI’m using the WordPress 2022 default theme. The search templates page looks like it’s just pulling a Query Loop that returns the post title, excerpt, and date. I’m sorry, I don’t really understand the coding aspect, so I’m not sure where to look to see what code is behind all that. If you tell me where to look, I can find it.

In reply to: [Relevanssi - A Better Search] Scroll results page to search termI’m wondering if the problem is because I don’t have full posts, but I’m using the post as the place where I’m embedding a pdf. Could that be the reason? And the regular pages are not set up as posts either. Will it not be able to scroll to content unless the content is contained in a custom excerpt?

In reply to: [Relevanssi - A Better Search] Scroll results page to search termThank you for your quick reply. The box for “highlight query terms in documents” is checked. All the boxes in the “Search Hit Highlighting” section are checked. The “Highlight Type” is set to <mark>.
I’ve tried adding the new code you pasted above, but it’s still not work.
I really love the plugin, and I’m grateful for your help as I try to get this sorted. Thank you!
