Hi

OK I was able to delete plugin using wp/content/plugin. Thank You. I tried installing it again but it still won’t activate. I get the message.

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a?fatal error.

Any ideas on what I can do to activate it again?

I AM GETTING VERY ANXIOUS NOW.

If I TRY TO DELETE IT THE WAY YOU SAID, IT CAN CAUSE MY SITE TO CRASH AND POSSIBLY KEEP CRASHING AND WHO WANTS THERE SITE TO KEEP CRASHING? … NOT ME . PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY AND GIVE ME A GOOD SOLUTION THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. I INSTALLED THE PLUGIN IN GOOD FAITH THAT IT WILL NOT BE CORRUPT OR CORRUPT MY SITE. Your solution worked but, now, when I expand the filter so basically click on the arrow to open the filter, ie colour being the title, expand or open filter and then able to select the colour ie, red, blue or green, this all works fine, but when there are other filter titles like SIZE, AGE, SEX ETC, they are not able to been seen when I have open the above filter, I have to collapse colour filter first before I am able to even see the other filters like i.e SIZE, AGE, SEX, etc.

Filter tiltes above i’e colour are seen but no filters titles below i.e colour title filter.

If I refresh the page while the colour filter is open I am able to then see the other filter title options below it, but no customer would do that. So currently it’s not working correctly for me.

Please advise.

Shall I still use the method above to forcibly remove it?

Now! I can’t delete that plugin and now I can’t even activate it now, before I could activate it, so who knows what happened?

P.S – Yes’ I am able to delete other plugins, issue is just with this plugin. Thank you for your help.

I put this in a number of time and once caused my file folder to become unsable.

Also, there is no wp-content/debug.log folder or can’t find it.

Did you add something to stop peopel from deleting it?

You need to find another way or start to think what to do, not impressed with IMDB I really thought they could be trusted, obviously not.

Why won’t you allow people to delete your plugin? so annoying!

This is not just a PRO version problem I also have the free version and is a problem in the free version.

Also please could you let me know if you are still going ahead with the update you said, which would include the ablility to disable the vertical scroll??

After trying other filter plugins and looking at other websites filtering system I can see that filtering is not as simple as you think. It works at some level, then gets a little confusing, but maybe I need to look closer and see if I can make it work.

This filter plugin works if you want to just filter for one item, i.e red shirts, but it can’t filter i.e red and green shirts at the same time. Also to make it not confusing, you have to hide “emety terms” otherwise it will say you have zero of a specific term after selecting one from that category. (i.e If I have 20 red, 30 green and 25 blue and select red to filter, it will then show green and blue as having zero items in stock.

Is there a way to add a CSS code in plugins settings to allow you to filter more than one item?

Also is there a CSS code that will not turn counters to zero for other items in that category after selecting one in there. Example above, selecting red (20), turning green (30) and blue (25) to, green (0) and blue (0)? My only solution to this, so customers are not confused is to hide “empty terms” in plugin filter menu settings, so customers will not be able to see or select green or blue because both are empty (0) according to the plugin, so the plugin will therefore not allow you to fitler for these item, forcing the customer to reset the filter and start a new filter for different items. (i.e the green and blue items)?

BTW – Also I don’t believe as I was told that website servers will not change or edit any code, but I didn’t speak to them directly as yet and not sure that this will help?

I inserted this code : define( ‘FLRT_QUERY_TERMS_SEPARATOR’, ‘:’ );

Into line 103 of my wp-config.php file, it said successful, but when I refreshed my website shop page, there was no change, I am only able to filter one thing at a time, I can’t filter many things at once.

Please help as this is really important, for my customer to be able to filter items correctly.
