The order status IN Woocommerce is PENDING. Transaction search in authorize.net shows that the credit card was declined, but no reason given. The customer’s cart page updated with “Thank you. Your order has been received.” notice at the bottom of their cart page, along with the total and “Payment method: Credit/Debit Card.” (Tried to include a screen shot, but this forum won’t accept it.)

They were NOT redirected to any notification that their credit card had been declined.

I gave up on this free plugin and went with the paid version. For the $25 the plugin costs, I wish I had set it up earlier rather than fussing with trying to get this free one to work. Save yourself the headache and spend the money.

And now I am having the opposite problem — it seems to work when I’m logged out, but not when I’ logged in. I get the ‘undefined’ response referenced above.

Your calculator shortcode looks like it will do exactly what I want, if we can get it to do it!

Yep, me too. Installed on dev site to test.

I’ve got the same issue. One of our most popular products is variable, with free shipping, so the recommended WooCommerce setup doesn’t do anything for me. Your plugin is ALMOST perfect, if only it didn’t make the whole cart free if one of my designated products is included with products for which there IS a shipping fee.
