First of all, I want to thank you for the quick response.

I disabled each of the plugins and found that the warning is caused by the EU/UK VAT for WooCommerce plugin. The website is now up and running.

I disabled the plugin via FTP so that the error was not appearing and it was possible to access the site.

My WP is 5.8 version.

I manually resett each plugins and just saw that the error is caused by the plugin https://pt.www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-product-addon/.
