I ran the debug tool and got an unknown error message. I will check the xmlrpc.php entry.

I reinstalled JP and reconnected. The stats are merged. However, I still get the error message that JP is unable to connect.

I should add that I deleted and reconnected but it was to the account with the smallest data. That’s when I deleted the account with the merged data.

Well, I had two JP sites for Flamboyant, etc. I managed to delete the one with the merged stats.

What is odd, is that JP says I’m not connected to the account. When I try to create one, it then says I’m already connected. Go figure.

Crashed my site as well. Had to get my ISP to deactivate it.

I contacted HostGator. They understood about metering and whitelisting. They increased several site settings. They added your IPs to their whitelist. It made no difference. The site still has an error connecting to JP stats. I’ve looked at the site with different browsers, but there is no change.
