I downloaded the plugin and it’s displayed in English, but my WordPress is in Portuguese (Brazil).

What’s the limit? My file has 152Mb and it got stuck on the first time I tried to import.

I couldn’t wait anymore, so I rolled the plugin back to version 1.2.0. Hope you guys correct the bug in the next versions and improve the support quality. The plugin has a good potential, but many problems have to be solved on the company before announcing it as “The Only WordPress Slider You’ll Ever Need”

I agree with you. Support is terrible. They keep asking me to to talk to them by chat, but there’s no chat available on their website. Only e-mail option, and I’m in a hurry to correct this damn bug and show the website to my client.

If I don’t get a decent reply today I’ll migrate to another slider plugin.

I’ve just noticed 2 more things:
1- If I drag the blank slide, the next 2 will show misconfigured.
2- If I try editing the slider through Elementor widget, I get Error 400.

You were right about the element position changing issue, it’s corrected after the update, but my slider is still showing blank on the front-end.
