@sitots: I am experiencing the same thing. It seems that SSL Termination on my HAProxy server is not handled correctly by this plugin. Actually, this is the only one I am having problems with regards to SSL.
I am running last versions of Plainview Activity Monitor in addition to:
– SSL Insecure Content Fixer (last version)
– WordPress HTTPS (last version)
