thank you so much for your reply. I have the API already setup and am running 4.2 so sounds like maybe I have a different issue. I’ve lodged it with support so I’ll report back here when I get it fixed in case anyone else needs help.

Did you find a solution @mikepeace ? I’m having the exact same problem and cant find a solution nor have I received a reply. there seems to be quite a few reports of this so keen to know the fix.

Thank you for the reply but unfortunately not fixed yet.

All the toggles are working perfectly and when I click add to cart it shows all the addons in the cart but hasn’t added the addon pricing.

Here’s a break down:
– Product page I can now select all the product addons and the total at the bottom shows original price plus addon price and total. $35 + $115 = $150
– Cart page shows all addons selected but pricing is $35 – no addons

I’ve reverted back to 2.0.8 and all is working fine there.

SORRY nevermind I found it! I had updated everything except the ba licenses and updates plugin. I just deactivated that one and it fixed the issue so I found that there was an update for it. all fixed now!

Same issue for me. I got around it by having a default option selected i.e. for mine I have framed or unframed, so I just have unframed default selected with ‘no framing’ for the next set of variations which selects a colour.

It’s not ideal but it’s a way around it and is a bit buggy. Great plugin though so I really hope there’s an update to fix this.

Hi there, I’m getting this same issue too. Within a week I need to delete the error log because it has grown to nearly 800mb!

is there a way to turn this off?

If you click the print friendly button it will only show the content of the tab that is currently selected. I’ve tried putting tabgarb into html mode, ajax and javascript and that doesn’t fix it.
