It was not professional to close all my open tickets without letting me know.
However, I do appreciate you processing the refund.
It would have been nicer if you had responded sooner and not let me wait 10 days just to get this unsubstantial cold answer from you.

I’m not WCFM support but just sharing you some insights.
All custom functions need to be input in functions.php in your child theme.
If you do not have a child theme yet, check with your theme how you can install a child theme.

You need to go to wp-config.php and find the line
define(‘DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT’, TRUE);
make sure it is set to FALSE

define(‘DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT’, FALSE);

or remove that line entirely
