So, Wild West Domains is the one “in charge” of my current https://www.carolatic.com page, and they are the ones that should point my servers to BH?

I also tried following the steps from BH tutorials, but I get lost once BH sends me to Mojo Marketplace instead of WP. I feel so lost. I am such a derp ??

It should. I keep on clicking to download it on both BlueHost and on my computer, so it should be there. If that’s not normal, then I guess I see where my confusion lies. Normally when I click on WP after the simple script logo, it take sends me to Mojo, and I get lost if I follow the video tutorials.

I will contact BH ASAP about this. I tried it on a different computer, and it took me to Mojo as well. UGH! Thank you!!

I don’t think I have made any changes yet to my self-hosted. All I have done has been export my content from wp.com, and I “downloaded” wp using mojo market place (it keeps directing me to Mojo instead of WP – is this normal?), and then next to my blog link there’s a green button that says admin log in. Whenever I click admin log in it takes me back to my wp.com dashboard.
I don’t even know where to import my exported file.
