I have the same doubt. Found this: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/feature-request-to-exclude-posts-from-taxonomies/ but can only exclude taxonomies, like all categories but not a specific one, right?

Since the only email that was not being sent was the “completed order email” I suppose that it could be related.

I think that I’m facing the same issue.

Since december 2023, Email Log Viewer reports doesn’t show any email sent when the order status change to “complete”/”sent”. I can confirm that the order received email was sent, but when the order changes to “complete”/”sent” there’s not any email sent to the client.

We have some clients saying that didn’t receive any email with order tracking details and that’s why we ae trying to understand what is happening.

I’ve checked woocommerce settings and all emails are enabled. Orders change their status when we update tracking info but the email is not being send.

Could you help me solve this problem?

Hi,

This code snippet in fact prevents the other carousel to also filter the products but the result of the filter isn’t correct. It only shows 1 item in some of the filters that have more then 1.

So it changes the filter logic.

I’ve asked sales team if the pro version of the plugin could solve this issue. They told me that I should ask here in the forum.

Could you please answer if with the Pro version of the plugin I can choose to enable or disable ajax filtering in a product loop/ product grid?

Perhaps I was not clear :/ I have a page with a product’s grid and the filters, that is working fine. But at the end of the page there’s a products carousel that shows only the tag “best sellers”. When user uses the filters, it changes also this product’s carousel at the end of the page.

I solved this problem with the code snippet shared in this topic -> https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/yith-woocommerce-ajax-product-filter-reloads-the-whole-page/

So now all archive page filters only change the main grid and that is the desired outcome.

However, in the homepage, I have one carousel that doesn’t have any filter and a second one that should be able to get filtered. If I use the ID of the code snippets, it filters only the correct one but doesn’t show the correct result.

Could you please tell me why the filtered content is not right?

The ID placed in the snippet should just target the grid/carousel to filter, this shouldn’t change the result of the filter, right?

Thank you for your reply ?? You understood it right, we are unable to track purchase events.

From what I saw in the source code, analytics could be duplicated as you suggested but the plugins that are enqueuing a GA script are: Woocommerce and Google Analytics Integration, I suppose that those plugins must be fully compatible.

Everybody must have those 2 plugins activated in their stores. :/

Is there any known issue?

Could you please help me figuring how could I avoid this problem?
