Hi–thanks for your advice. I am working through some of these options, but still need some help. I am not the most computer-savvy.
I did deactive all plugins this did not resolve the problem. In fact, it almost deleted all the screen boxes/text from the webpage.
If I switch to the Twenty Eleven theme, what happens then? I switch back to my customized theme? We have a special theme that we use for our website.
The last two options are like greek to me. Any way you can help me through those steps? Thank you very much. I appreciate your help.
