@reginabally I looked at this in my ftp and there is only one copy. I can deactivate one copy of the plugin and make sure the site works, but I’m scared to fully delete a duplicate.

The TinyMCE Templates plugin did the job. It creates a dropdown in your editor bar for templates. Make sure you have the most current TinyMCE editor.

In addition, when I create a template and input the dummy text, I hit save. The page refreshes, and all the content is gone.

Hi thank you for responding. I figured out how to fix it. The navigation was working on my category pages so I took the nav code from there and put it in my index.

But I don’t know what “loaded into memory” means. Is this something the user can easily do?

I’m able to upload images, but when I try to upload video (mp4) it loads up to 99%, then the page refreshes, as if the upload was successful, but it doesn’t actually upload the file into the dropbox.
In my settings I’ve indicated my Allowed file extensions,: doc docx gif jpg jpeg pdf png psd tif tiff mov ai png mp4 avi eps

Still not working. Any suggestions?
