So I have used the site last week with no issues, it’s not until the beginning of the week that there was an issue, Prior to this, no updates/amendments have been made.

We have reinstalled WooCommerce which has made no difference

Error 404 occurs when we select the following ‘options’ on the dashboard-
Updates / Posts / Pages / Comments / Product Page (Page we use daily) / Marketing / Users…. It’s pretty much all of the options to the lefthand side at the dashboard. So it is also definitely WordPress as well as Woocommerce.

We’re still getting error code 404 on another them
We cannot run the health check as we are getting error 404
We have deactivated everything (aside from Woo Commerce) and ae still getting the issue.

The 404 message is

Oops! That page can’t be found
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?

We’re genuinely at a loss with this!

We have updated the memory limit to 512M and deleted Woocommerce but it is still showing as an ERROR 404…

We are trying to re-intall woocommerce from the back end … but whilst that happens (and if it doesn’t work) does anyone have any other ideas

Also; if I was to delete woocommerce from the site; will this delete everything? Products / images etc? Or will that just be ‘held somewhere’ until it is reinstalled?

We’re doing a backup of the website just incase; but I feel it may be easier to delete woocommerce to reinstall as we cannot action any updates due to this 404 error

Hi Saif. Thank you for that input – unfortunately this still hasn’t worked.

Even the WooCommerceApp doesnt seem to be working either (we received an online order and payment which worked fine yesterday; it shows that there is a new order on the APP but when attempts are made to refresh it states that it ‘couldn’t load data’

We’re unable to access anything to refresh / update the updates that appear need doing and cannot access our website to add / amend anything.

We have tried support chat and our web developer is on with this now – however do you know of another step?
