thanks for your answer.
Yes we have sent them the logs and they have identified a potential problem, it was more to see if we could reach out to anyone really to speed up the response. It looks like a configuration issue on their end, so there is nothing anyone can do on our end, it’s down to them, which is pretty frustrating!thanks @mohsinoffline!

I had tried that but I just tried again on the off chance. Still no luck, unfortunately. I have created a ticket but so far not had any response. I’m hoping they will come back soon.

thanks so much for your answer. This is a bit embarrassing but I can see the old email address in the woocommerce profile, which is why I haven’t received it. I can’t see a way to change that in our account, is it possible to correct it please?

thanks for coming back to me. That’s actually already really helpful with the checkout field editor, I’ll explore that, I hadn’t realised I could add fields at the billing section.
I am using stripe to allow card and bank transfer options, it’s just trying to figure out the most streamlined way for the user to provide their insurance details so that the administrator doesn’t have to contact them to provide them afterwards, just trying to remove that step for them.
The actual payment itself will then be processed internally, so we don’t need that actual functionality.
