In reply to: [Exit Popup] Cookie Expire ignored on IE / Edge for live siteYour screenshot is of the demo site. The problem is with the live site, https://www.aptillon.com. If you will let me know you will test that in IE, I will turn on the plugin again, but we don’t want clients to get the popup repeatedly on every page of the site.

In reply to: [Exit Popup] Cookie Expire ignored on IE / Edge for live siteWe will turn on the plugin if you’d like to evaluate this issue. For now we have disabled it on the live site.
Here’s a screenshot:

Script Blocked robots.txt TesterFor this site (and most of my others with WordFence), wp-admin is blocked in robots.txt. We didn’t do that intentionally, I’m wondering if it’s possible that WordFence added that to robots.txt as a security thing?

In reply to: [Hyper Cache] Blank front-end site until upgrade HyperCache / clear cacheNot specifically wordpress (it was account-wide and not related to this site specifically), but the logs indicate HyperCache couldn’t write:
[Sun Dec 28 04:02:57 2014] [warn] [client NNN.NNN.NN.NNN] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: file_put_contents(): Only 0 of 12834 bytes written, possibly out of free disk space in /var/www/vhosts/NNNNNNNNN.com/NNNNNNN.com/wp-content/plugins/hyper-cache/plugin.php on line 589

In reply to: [Hyper Cache] Blank front-end site until upgrade HyperCache / clear cacheI’m updating this since, on further reflection, it’s unlikely the problem was with the upgrade.
The problem appears to be the combination of HyperCache reaction to running out of space & not being able to write temp files. For some reason the front-end site became unavailable even after HyperCache could write temp files again.

In reply to: [Easy Modal] Modal isn't doing anythingThanks sail4ever. I’ve added an additional step that’s easy to miss:
First, disable the site wide option(s).Now go the the page on which you would like to include the modal(s)
Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a modal box with all the modals listed (they do not show if the option site wide is set to on)
*** Click on the modal you wish to show so it’s selected & update the page / post.Next insert your link(s) or your button call(s) to the modal(s) on that same page. Repeat for every page you wish to include a modal or modals.
Upgraded to 6.0.4 on both sites: I had to go to Map | Settings and save before it worked on 1 site; not sure if I had to do that on the other one – I did it before testing the map page.
Thanks for the fix & quick response! Really appreciate that and your plugin!
CarolCan the solution be so easy as separating the 2 into different groups? It appears this may be so.
Something in another of your responses made me consider whether everything within a group is “and”-ed and groups are “or”-d with each other, and to try putting them into separate groups (wondered what the purpose was for that!)
If that is so, then I can proceed with reworking my sidebars for the new and more flexible logic.
I’m glad this was a development site and not live, though…
Thank you for considering my problem and for a great plugin!
CarolHere you go.
I took screenshots of many pages before upgrading, so I know how those pages looked before the upgrade, and they were working as required, whether page, post or category and with any combo of sidebars. (I didn’t include them.)Since upgrading, I’ve been experimenting with it for awhile, so the setup is a little different / simpler, but I have a better handle on what’s working and not.

Thank you!
CarolI am also having this problem after upgrading from 1.3.4 to 2.0.3 and to WP 3.8. Using Genesis / Executive theme.
I thought maybe the settings were lost on upgrade, but everything looks OK in the Sidebars assignments & the widgets, but all sidebars display instead of only the ones assigned to a page.
Any help appreciated.
CarolThanks for looking at it – we very much appreciate the plugin as it is, but it would be great if it worked with multiples on a page.
