I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
Also, please enable Square debug mode on WooCommerce > Settings > Square, and try to sync again. Then please also search for Square errors.

Can you please confirm which Stripe plugin you are using?
You mentioned a polish version of the website, which plugin you are using to have a multi-lingual site?Is there anything different about this product when you compare it to the others?
Did you add it via the default WooCommerce interface?

The steps to change this depends on the type of theme you are using. Can you please go to the Appearance tab on your dashboard and let us know if you see the Editor option or the Customize option so we can share the correct steps to make the phone field mandatory? ??

Changing the color there is not a default WooCommerce feature.
By default the checkout fields are all the same color. It might be your theme or a plugin you use changing this.
To test, you can try temporarily switching to another theme to check if it remains like this.

Do you mind clarifying what you mean by complex categories?
Also, to confirm when you tried the conflict test you disabled all plugins but Woo, correct?
This is commonly caused by either a plugin conflict (which you already checked) or issues with the plugin installation. Sometimes during updates something can go wrong and corrupt plugin data. So can you please try reinstalling Woo to see if a fresh install fixes the issue?

The way the date shows depends on the language. Since your website seems to be in English, the standard way is September 12, 2024.
