I’m a huge fan too… however…

“The white area below the slideshow exists because the ‘Shrink slideshow’s height when width shrinks’ setting is set to ‘No’ in your slideshow’s settings.”

When I set ‘Shrink slideshow’s height when width shrinks’ to ‘Yes’ the slideshow disappears from the page completely — everything works well when it’s set to “No’ except for the pesky space on the mobile display…

The arrows show, if they are enabled, but no slideshow.

I would love to be able to fix this last little problem…

I would like to put in my request for this too. I’ve had a very difficult request from a client and Background Manager was the only solution, so I am grateful.

Actually, I need to turn it off for mobile/responsive and also have a way to have the image move with the rest of the content a la:

OK, solved — I just needed to add z-index: -99999; to the css… and now I feel foolish…

Setting the slideshow as a background should work in a similar way.

This is where I get stuck… Where does the css get called? I’ve tried putting it in a div id in my php – the slideshow shows, but covers the content… I’ve had it working, except for this, but…

Any help is greatly appreciated. Great plug in, just trying to extend it a bit…

OK, I’ve been struggling with his all day… everything works fine, except the slideshow ends up on top of all other content. Since not all content has a position element, z-index is no help… other than that, well, yeah, it works, but as a foreground not a background.

Love the plug in and love your level of support — I just hope there’s an answer for this.

I can insert galleries OK, but am also missing the “type” option, so they are all just the grid. it would be great to actually have the type working.

Just wanted to thank you for this. Same thing — conflict with Simple Facebook Connect. You have saved my sanity.

I had the same problem — and with GV — until I realized I had my ad blocker on. Strangely it wasn’t blocking other sidebar widget banners, but it sure zapped this one.
