That worked exactly as suggested to a point.
I was able to export and import post metadata from SEOPress, but all the posts still show the “Update Your Post” label in the index.
How do I get them to update, without opening each one individually?
We’re talking over 2,300 posts!

Here’s something weird.
I reinstalled Jetpack just for the hell of it, then deactivated it again.
And bingo! WP Statistics springs back to life . . . What do you make of that?

Nah.
I got rid of Jetpack some time ago.
It made a noticeable difference to the speed of my website.
The only thing I miss is access to the site from the WordPress android app, in case I need to make a change on the run. It just doesn’t work without Jetpack.
WP Statistics support is terrible. It takes them days to get back to you and that is after repeated requests. I jumped in boots and all and bought the whole options package. Most of it is superfluous and now it hardly works at all. They’ve offered me a 70 per cent refund.

Ah . . .
Now it becomes clear.
My statistics have gotten steadily worse in the past few weeks, compared with those from Google Analytics.
I see this seems to coincide with the activation of the LiteSpeed plugin.
The developer has no answer.
