In reply to: [CartPops - High Converting Add To Cart Popup For WooCommerce] php errorsHey Nanny7,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re encountering this error. To help you resolve this issue, could you please provide more context? Specifically, where are you seeing this error message? Did you recently add a custom script or make any changes to your website?
In the meantime, here are a couple of steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Reinstall the Plugin: If this error is related to a specific plugin, consider reinstalling it. Sometimes, plugin files can get corrupted during updates or installations.
- Check PHP Version: Make sure you are using PHP version 7.4 or higher. Older PHP versions may not be compatible with some plugins or scripts. You can usually change the PHP version in your hosting control panel.
Feel free to share more details about the error or your website setup, and I’ll do my best to assist you further.

Hello Gerardo,
I’ve reviewed your website, and it appears that the cart is already set up to open automatically when a product is added. This behavior is working as expected, and I can confirm that the cart opens automatically when you add items. You can see this behavior in action in this video: https://share.zight.com/8Lu6r4bg
If you have any further questions or if there’s anything else you’d like to customize regarding your cart, please feel free to let me know, and I’d be happy to assist you further.

Niel, Cartpops
Hey Thomas,
We hear your concerns about the upcoming Woocommerce 8.0 release and the HPOS compatibility.
The good news is that we’re actively working on Cartpops V2, which will use the new WooCommerce Storefront API. With this update, our plugin will be fully aligned with the API, making it compatible with the changes in Woocommerce 8.0, including HPOS support.

No problem at all! If you have any more questions or need further assistance let us know.

Hello Zaka888,
For question 1, CSS can likely fix the issue, but it’s beyond our support scope.
For question 2, do you want the cart to be visible only on desktops or both? To hide it on mobile, you can use CSS. To hide it completely, check the plugin settings. See: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Z4updqom
Let me know.

Hello Nanny7,
After reviewing your request, I regret to inform you that there is no native feature within our system to achieve the specific customization you’re looking for. This type of request involves scripting and customization beyond the scope of our support services.
Adding our icon to the menu, incorporating the cart count, and changing the removal icon to a trash can would require custom development and modifications to the theme’s code. It’s recommended to consult with a developer or technical expert who can assist you in implementing these customizations according to your specific needs.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions or need assistance with any other aspect, please feel free to ask.
Best,
Niel, Cartpops
