    Yes, since live mode was already enabled all along, the request and response is exactly what was sent before in this correspondence.

    Thanks but that has been enabled all along and pluging still not working.

    I’m sorry I don’t know what you mean by “Live” mode? I thought this was live “Real Time Rates.” Please clarify. Thanks.

    Thank you for your reply.

    As far as I can see, all valid services are enabled in the plugin settings page. If the parcel packing option is not available but the rates are being pulled (just not displayed), then how will this work for the consumer on the front end? I’m still not sure why the rates are not displaying? With the basic version of the plugin not working, what confidence is there that the paid version will? Also, will it assume each item is packed individually as well? That doesn’t seem realistic for one order with multiple items going to the same address overseas. The expense is already exorbitant but with each item being sent separately is extreme. This seems to be very complicated when it shouldn’t be.

    Agree!! What was supposed to be a simple update broke not just my main site caused white screens of death on all my websites. I got the old version working after restoring backups but I’m very reluctant to update again. Nothing has ever caused this much damage from a simple update. CAUTION advised!

    I entered all that SEO for over 100 products manually! (That’s why I didn’t want to have to do it again.) But with this count and 6,000 variations, we ended up using a CSV Importer Suite plugin to export and upload any edits originally. The SEO transporter became helpful to reupload that original info for each product so it would appear in Yoast. It didn’t work for all but for most that I can see. It still has to be “reactivated” when inputting the Focus word and other info Yoast suggests. When the SEO “green light” or other button becomes visible so does the SEO info.

    Thank you so much for getting back and your reply helps reassure us that not all was lost. Actually, we partially solved by deactivating (not deleting) Yoast. Exporting all the original product SEO information. Reactivating Yoast and uploading with an SEO transporter plugin. This helped to reinsert the info to at least help with searchability, however, info still has to be refined within each product Yoast SEO. Yoast is good at evaluating and offering suggestions for this to help improve the SEO that was already there.

    Appreciate your help and really do like this plugin, so glad we can use it.

    Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I didn’t see any answers relevant to this question but I’ve submitted a support ticket to WooCommerce.

    I am considering getting your WooCommerce-csv Importer but I understand it is for Simple Products and I would need the paid add-ons to use for Variable products, which I have. I have tried with some success to use another version except the original 2,000 images automatically duplicated to 19,000 during the import! I had to spend days removing them. Can you please tell me if your add-on does something similar? Is the importer supposed to duplicate images when only one image url is needed and used in a spreadsheet? For instance, there are many similar products that use the same visual (like a blog posts might from the Media Library), yet simply the product sizes may be different. If this is the intended behavior of the Importer/ variation add-on, then how might you suggest getting around it and ensuring that all the images won’t be duplicated for every single variation, rather than just using the original image url? I’m trying to prevent this nuisance from reoccurring before I take next steps for how to import my products.

    I appreciate your time and attention to address. Thank you.

    Hi Jackie,

    I just wanted to let you know that I figured this out. After all the previous forum discussion re setting permissions, I figured it might have something to do with that and because the trouble seemed to be coincide with a prompt that I received from my ISP regarding beefing up security. I didn’t put the two together at the time. Honestly, I don’t know what my permissions are set to, but I hit a “reset permissions” button on my FTP through my Internet Service Provider. I called them first to make sure. I felt comfortable that if it didn’t work, I had a backup just in case.

    Here are the links that I used for reference:

    Good luck. I hope this works for you.

    I just followed the advice of moderator t3los_s at this post:

    Very helpful but it still doesn’t work. Thanks for any further help you can provide.

    Thanks. I tried everything you suggested. After checking the forum again, I uploaded the Fckeditor plugin to replace wordpress’ default editor and the Visual Mode is back, however, my original problem — not being able to visualize uploaded pictures — still persists. Although there are no thumbnails, the pictures are being uploaded, as there is a photo icon when inserted into the post but the photo image cannot be seen. There is nothing wrong with the pictures themselves (small size, nothing embedded).

    What do you suggest now? At least I can write a post but I cannot put pictures in.

    Thanks Scytle and I think you may have been the one to comment on my blog as Stiglar with the solution. I don’t think I would have seen the comments here because I had about given up on this.

    Weird that the jumping started out of the blue and not sure why this code would affect the navigation?

    I’ll have to update my version as you suggest but I’m always worried about bugs and things not working as I’ve finally gotten use to them.

    Thanks again for figuring this one out.

    I’m wondering if this is a site bug because it is still ongoing. I found this code with firebug:

    function onload(event) {
    2 window.lol && lol();
    3 }

    I don’t know what it means but could someone please tell me if this might be causing the home page and individual posts to load and then move to the bottom of the page or scroll bar? If not, I would appreciate some help to pinpoint the problem and then resolve it, or give advice on where I should look or even search for finding an answer.

    Many thanks.
