In reply to: [Cashie Commerce] free but notSorry for the confusion on this subject. Our FAQ clearly states that you can try out our service for free, but that you will need to pay 2.5% of your monthly transaction volume to actually sell using the cart. There is no inherent cost to using our WordPress plugin.

In reply to: [Cashie Commerce] Buy buttons not visible on mobile siteSome mobile browsers do not correctly shift the product detail information on the page. An easy fix is just to add the following code to force the browser to adjust correctly in your site’s main style sheet:
@media only screen and (max-device-width: 480px) {???? .c_imageWrapper { float: none !important; } .c_details .c_info { margin-left: 0px !important; }
On your site, it looks like style.css would be a good choice. Just add it to the bottom of the file in Appearance > Editor section of the WordPress admin.

This issue can occurs when the domain you are using for your WordPress site changes. You can correct the problem by recreating you pages as follows:
1) Go to the Pages section of the WordPress admin.
2) Select the check boxes next to the pages created by the plug-in: Products (Product Catalog), Product Details, Shopping Cart, Checkout, Order Success, and Order Failure. If there are any duplicates, make sure you select all of them.
3) Once all have been checked, select Move to Trash from the drop-down menu and click Apply.
4) Next, go to the Trash area, check all the pages, and select Empty Trash.
5) Now, go to the Cashie Commerce plug-in. Go to the Account section.
6) Scroll to the bottom of the page. Select Recreate pages.In the future, you will receive more prompt support through our personal support channels. We are available by live chat during business hours, on our forum at getsatisfaction.com/cashie, and through email at [email protected].
The Continue Button is appearing on the page in the bottom right. Unfortunately, it appears that the template for the page you are using has a fixed height, which could cause the button to be hidden in the bottom of the page. Currently, height is limited as follows:
element.style { height: 1062px; }
Ideally, you should remove the style that is setting this limit; otherwise you will need to make it at least 1250 px to minimize the chance that the button will be hidden.
Support postings are addressed within 24 hours of their submission, so we appreciate your patience in the future while our support representatives are processing your request.
After activating the plugin, you should see the “Cashie Commerce” menu in the side nav of the WordPress Admin.
