    After a few days of asking for help they solved my problem quickly.

    Good morning,
    last saturday I wrote an email to ask you how to add custom fields we’ve created in email templates.
    I’ve a paid version, but I don’t now how to set up them!

    I’ve read a lot of post asking the same questions:

    Hi, When i add new fields for customers to fill in with their details, the fields are coming through with no info in them.
    However, anything added in the default comments box is also added to the new field boxes??
    Do I have to add a separator before every new field?

    Hello Jon,
    Thank you for your post.
    The custom fields are available only on the BUP Dashboard. Custom fields can’t be included in email templates on the lite version. This feature is available only on premium versions.

    Hey,
    I’ve tried multiple tags for getting the custom fields on the registration from (appointment info) to show up in Admin emails, like:
    Email: {{bup_client_email}}
    Number: {{bup_client_phone}}
    But nothing seems to work for the form:
    Form: {{bup_client_form}}
    bup_field_value
    bup_client_field_value
    bup_desc (custom meta)
    bup_uultra-icon-question-sign uultra-tooltip2
    bup-custom-form-id

    Any help would be appreciated in getting the text entered in the field to show up in the admin email

    So we have a premium versions, how can we do that?
