Ah! I knew it had to be server related! I just couldn’t pin point exactly since I don’t know your host or server stack. I am super happy to know they were able to finally pinpoint it.

Its hard to say honestly at this point. I would be sure to check your file upload path to be sure its set to wp-content/uploads as it should be then double check in FTP that this image exists. …are all newly added images doing the same 404 not found? If so, its likely your upload path that is wrong.

Honestly from what they said and what I know about WordPress, it sounds like you should be able to simply strip out wp-admin and wp-includes (NOT wp-content) and download a fresh version of WordPress and upload both wp-admin and wp-includes from it back up to your install via FTP.

That would resolve any issues with missing or corrupt files. Please backup your site before doing this of course.

Yeah at this point I am really not sure what else it could be since you say you fully reinstalled core files. Hopefully someone else here may have some input.

The issue is that Multisite was not created for the type of thing you are wanting to do. I agree it would be super convenient and a better use for Multisite but it wasn’t intended for this type of behavior.

As far as XML process, I guess that could work but I am not sure to be honest. You may want to ask the plugin developer about your best option there. I haven’t needed to use ThreeWP broadcast but I think they have options for both. They also have premium version that does much more. Google the premium option and I am sure you will find tons of amazing stuff that are add-ons for it.

Yes I do love Multisite lol..Unfortunately, that doesn’t work. You would need to use another plugin like these:

True, gravatar is easy enough. I do my best to stay away from third party and API kind of things but it would work. I always forget about gravatar! ??

I doubt most users will be able to make heads or tails of the codex on how to use gravatars hence the plugin recommendation. I am not even a coder so plugin would be the only choice for me to get this right ??
