    Hi there, I’ve had Complianz for a while.

    it looks like my stats randomly started updating again late last night, and it seems to be working today, though I’m not sure it’s still capturing all visits. Anyway, nothing has changed on my end regarding Complianz lately.

    Hi @jarnovos,

    I tried putting that little snippet of code in the “Optimize CSS Delivery” section in the CSS Safelist.

    I *think* that fixed the problem! I tried clearing my cache and re-loading the page in an Incognito browser of Google Chrome, and I’m no longer seeing the big X. Do you mind testing it a couple more times from your end, since I know you saw the problem before, to ensure we’ve got this resolved?

    Hi! Thanks for your reply. This *mostly* makes sense to me. ??

    My next question is about WP Rocket, and I understand you may not be able to answer, but you certainly understand code and this kind of stuff better than I do, so maybe you can help anyway:

    Within WP Rocket, in the CSS Files settings, I have “Minify CSS Files” selected. Below that, there is a section that says: “Excluded CSS Files: Specify URLs of CSS files to be excluded from minification and concatenation (one per line).”

    In the free-text box below, there is an example written:

    /wp-content/plugins/some-plugin/(.*).css

    In this case, does it mean I need to replace “some-plugin” with “Complianz”? Is that all I need to do?

    To anyone who can help, especially if you can explain this like I’m 5, I appreciate it.

    Hey, thanks for stopping by. I ended up disabling the Jetpack version of this feature after messing with it all weekend and growing increasingly frustrated.

    I had tried on multiple browsers, incognito mode and not, on many different devices in my household. I ended up switching to a different plugin that gave me the functionality I needed — was just unfortunate that a feature that had worked well for me, for years, suddenly wasn’t up to par.

    I guess you can resolve this thread because I don’t think I’ll be going back to the Jetpack version of this feature.
