Perfect – glad you found the solution!

The admin of this plugin tried to say it was impossible that a plugin update deleted all the data. So what I think happened is that there are two identically named plugins – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/tlp-team/ and https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/team-showcase/ and the update plugin link linked to the wrong plugin and overwrote everything.

The only solution was to rollback to a back up version and restore. In the end I switched to this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/team-showcase/ which is free, and is similar.

For anyone else that wants this solution – particularly suitable for UK postage – use their Tree Rate Shipping plugin – it’s currently $39 and is totally brilliant and would cover every shipping scenario I could think of. Any combination of classes, weights, quantities, free shipping overrides, can break it down infinitely.

@donarmado – what were you doing wrong? I have a client with the same problem – can’t add to greyed out galleries – but I can’t replicate the problem here. She’s not very technical so I’m hoping you might have a clue why hers isn’t working and mine is. She’s tried 2 browsers, but it does work on her mobile / cell.

I’m having the same problem. I have an additional textarea field called myfield1 and I don’t know how to add it back into the order email (admin-new-order.php).
