All plugins are up to date.

I found another plugin that lets me convert reusable blocks, so for the time being I don’t need Gutenberg active, and things are working. Though there are some other (non-essential) new features in Gutenberg that would be nice to be able to use.

When I went to disable the Typography Add-on, it was already switched to off. I tried again with it both enabled and disabled, and I’m still experiencing the problem.

As mentioned, I have already tried deactivating Gutenberg and the problem does go away, however I definitely do need to keep Gutenberg active because it includes new features that are not yet part of core, most importantly one to convert reusable blocks back to regular blocks. We use this to create reusable layout templates that can then be converted back to regular blocks and edited without affecting other pages. Removing this feature (by deactivating Gutenberg) is not an option.

I will look to see if there are other plugins that might add this functionality without needing Gutenberg.

I am away from my computer at the moment, but will try deactivating the typography add-on when I get back.

This is untested, but div.simcal-event-description { display:inline; } should work.

I am having the same issue on WP 4.8.3, plugin version 1.12

I am not using any other gallery plugins.

Any luck? I updated last night and am getting the same message on the new post screen.

Uninstalling the settings brought everything back. I started hiding menu items two at a time, and it seemed to be working correctly until I started hiding submenu items under Settings.

I hid General and Writing, went to the dashboard, they were hidden.
Came back to Adminimize, and they were missing from the list.

So I hid the next two items, Reading and Media, went to the dashboard and they were hidden, but General and Reading were now visible.
Came back to Adminimize and General and Reading were back on the list, unchecked, but Reading and Media were missing.

The problem seems to start here.

Any other ideas? I’m still having this problem, and it is definitely not related to caching.

I don’t have any caching set up for this site. Moving the adminimize folder out of my plugins directory brought all my hidden items back immediately. If I put it back, they disappear again.

Same problem here as well.

So I know this is a bit late, but in case someone else comes across this, here is the CSS I used to hide the search form on the mobile menu:

.mobile-nav-frame form.search { display: none; }

And if the theme author finds this: Please have the mobile menu honor the “Search in Menu” setting. We shouldn’t have to hide it with CSS after we’ve already unticked that box. Other than that, excellent theme, and thanks ??
