Thanks for the reply- I realized my mistake – I thought the plugin would hide both “/members” and my username from the url, not just /members. So it is working, but not as I was hoping it would.

So what it seems like I need is to have the drop-down list turned into a multi-select item? Any suggestions for that?

I don’t think using the “Hide Activity Filters” won’t do what I’m asking for. I want to show only some types of activity on the activity stream. From what I understand, if I select a type of activity to be hidden from the drop down list of “Hide Activity Filters” then that type of activity will still be there in the stream, but users will just not be able to show only that type of activity in the stream.

Hi,

Try this it worked for author and thumbnail, but the style has to be adjusted a bit.

In the widgets folder the ns-featured-post-widget.php file where ever you see [show-date] copy that snippet instead of “date” put “post_thumbnail” in the first and “thumbnail” in the rest or “author” in them all then paste in below the lines that use [show_date]

There are 5 sections you have to add around lines 50, 76, 107, 124, 161

I’m no expert I just fiddle around so I that’s all I know.
