Your sub-domains should be in a separate folder in your hosting so just don’t touch that folder and you should be fine.

Did you try deactivating all plugins then trying to publish?

Your nameservers point to https://www.justhost.com. That is where I’d start looking for a refund.

How many posts/pages are we talking? Could you 301 redirect them?

Yes or whatever program you use to work on your site. Most people use programs such as Dreamweaver or Coda.

Nevermind, got it – https://docs.disqus.com/help/69/, those CSS fixes helped.

Do you know what files you modified? Why not just do a manual upgrade and not bring those files over?

Jbickers – If you go to line 34 of post-form.php you should see

<li><a> class="selected"<?php endif; ?> href="<?php echo site_url( '?p=status' ); ?>" title="<?php _e( 'Status Update', 'p2' ); ?>"><?php _e( 'Status Update', 'p2' ); ?></a></li>

Just remove that and you’re good to go.
