The plugin is very much alive, but I hardly get a chance to do support. At the moment the share buttons only work when themes enable support for it. I have no documentation on this now, but in time I will and will also add a shortcode for share buttons.

If you are interested, I can log into your dashboard, try and figure out what the bug is, and then release and update. But you would need to buy support from me.

My first guess would be that since your gallery was in a small container, that my javascript kicked your gallery in to responsive mode. But that idea is a shot in the dark. You might try increasing your columns count, and see if that does anything.
