Where do I configure email on wordpress installed on IIS? (windows server)

I am trying to figure out how do I configure the email for wordpress (SMTP) for wordpress installed on IIS (windows server), it usually is automatically configured when I install it on PHP servers but for some reason email isn’t working on my IIS installed wordpress
