In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Critical error when setting new user passwordThanks for looking at this for us. My site is still in beta and quiet over the festive season so I’ve installed the pre-release version of the plugin on my main site. It’s not all users who have an issue. I manually create accounts so I will continue to do so and see if get any more complaints from users. Thanks.

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Critical error when setting new user passwordI’m having this exact issue and my host Siteground identified it was the uncanny-learndash-toolkit. Error debug below.

They disabled the plugin and the issue has stopped but my site uses FrontEndLogin so it would be great to get a fix. Please advise.

In reply to: [Easy Footnotes] Duplicate Footnote IssueHi Jason, hope it was ok to do that. My site uses a members plugin to restrict access. I’m using Version 1.1.4 of Easy Footnotes. Thanks.

JonI’ve found a few posts that seem to lead towards what I’m trying to achieve – I hoped they might be of help.
I think it might involve this?

JonHi Teodor
Thank you so much for this generous assistance!
The instructions above have resulted in the icon appearing next to the post-title of all posts which have been restricted based on a WooCommerce Subscription Plan.
I see from my description above that I may not have explained clearly enough what I was hoping to achieve though.
I really need an icon to only appear if that user does not have permission to access that post. As I will have a free tier on my website every post will, in essence, be restricted based on a WooCommerce Subscription Plan. By this logic currently, all of the posts will appear with a lock icon.
Can you suggest an additional solution for this?
I massively appreciate all of the time and efforts you are giving for this and would be happy to make a donation/reimburse you for your time.
Best wishes
JonThanks so much for your reply Teodor – I’ve created a new support thread as you suggested.
Hi Teodor
Apologies for the strange request but I’ve been wracking my brains trying to achieve this exact feature on my membership website. I’m unfortunately unable to use your fantastic membership plugin as I am tied in to using LearnDash (+several LMS plugins) which only work with Woocommerce. My question is whether you’d be interested in writing the code that would make this feature work for my site? I’d be happy to pay for this obviously.
Fingers crossed!
Best wishes
Jon
