    Hi

The filter for categories gives problems. When I click on a category, the loader appears and the block seems all selected and crashes in the loading phase without filtering the category.
After manually clearing the cache it works for about 12 hours, but then the problem recurs.

    Hi @npdesignerweb

I’m so sorry, but I believe this happens because of the caching plugin that you have on your website. You need to contact their support team and ask them if they have an option to exclude some AJAX requests from being cached. If no, then you can exclude that page from being cached.

Thank you for your reply. I did some tests by disabling any caching plugin, the problem occurs even without caching.

@npdesignerweb Could you please share the page link so I can have a look?

Of course. The link is this: https://www.prometeoinvesting.it/articoli/

The problem is in the article section “Articles”. I have now manually cleared the cache but in about 12 hours the problem recurs.
All plugins, cores and templates are up to date.

Now the problem is occurring. In the Articles section, the filter is not working. If I click on a section it does not filter but stays in a loop loading.

    Hi @npdesignerweb

By checking the response of the request sent to filter the post, it seems that the request is forbidden. Here’s a screenshot for more clarification.

It seems that this is not related to an issue in Premium Blog widget itself. So, I recommend contacting the caching plugin team so they can check why this exactly happens only when the pages are cached.

I thank you for the response.
The problem I am experiencing is not related to any caching system, no caching plugin is active.

I am using your plugin in the “Training” section and the problem does not occur.

    Hi @npdesignerweb

Could you please try to check the widget while all the plugins are deactivated except Elementor and Premium Addons? This will help to isolate the issue and see if it’s caused by one of the installed plugins.
