Ok, so then I am back to the same spot of not knowing how to fix the problem.

Please read through the details in my original post. I know its long, but I already answered those questions. I am using a windows server and I have already tried changing the prefix on the database.

Where do I find that file? I have tried showing hidden files and I can’t find it.

I’ve double, triple, quadruple checked that. Trust me. I’ve deleted the new database, recreated it again, deleted the wp_config file and started from scratch again, tried changing thr prefix in the wp_config file to wp1_. I’ve done all the steps I can think of. Checked the privileges, flushed privileges, deleted and readded user, changed names, everything.
