After some research I use W3 Total Cache and it is causing the issue. I have tried specifying SubmitReview.php and DisplayReviews.php in the never cache section but that did not solve the problem. Is there a specific php file that should not be cached? Thanks.

After some further research we have found the CAPTCHA value never changes. See the review tab at https://www.bioexsystems.com/product-line/exercise-software/exercise-pro-software/. The number is always 5361. Shouldn’t change with a page refresh. It does not matter what browser or computer I look at the page with. Thanks.

I did have it defaulting to localhost. I changed it to my SMTP server and the Test Email worked. Still no luck getting the Ultimate Review Plugin to email. Thanks.

I thought that might be the case and installed WP Mail SMTP. I received the test email. I still do not receive emails from the Ultimate Review Plugin when a review is added. Thanks.
