I just tested the plugin with and without caching, but only used the 3 tabs that I have done caching for.

without caching (version 1.12) : 0.64 seconds
with caching (version 2.2-beta): 0.0059 seconds

Hopefully the new version released next week will fix this!

Yes, I have realized that and have started to cache the tabs. You can check out the development version and see how I have added caching on twitter, deviantart, and vimeo (soon to be released also) tabs. I hope to cache every tab so there are no external requests and am trying to have this update ready at the beginning of next week. Thanks for the tip!

I am pretty sure I fixed the problem with this update. Try updating WP-Flybox plugin and turning jquery off in the WP-Flybox settings and let me know if that fixed it. Pin Button Attraction was loading a different version of jquery than WP-Flybox and was causing conflicts. I added an option to disable loading jquery with WP-Flybox. WP-Flybox works with any version of jquery, so if any version is loaded elsewhere then it does not need to be loaded again. Thanks for the notice and I hope it works for you!!

it should read instagram. the only reason why it might show different is because the image is cached in your browser or on your site. try emptying the cache or deleting the wpflybox plugin and reinstalling. deleting and reinstalling should keep your settings in tact. let me know the results. thanks!

I fixed the “hit” area and I looked into mailchimp, but need more advice on how you want it implemented and what features.

great idea! I thought about it before but i did not like instagram’s API and all. Since I know someone wants one I will add it and update it tomorrow or the next day whenever I have time.

As for mail chimp, I have never used it and would need some help designing it. For the tab would you want it to say just “Subscribe” or just “MailChimp”? and as for the box that slides out I assume all you would want is First and Last Name and Email address. And for the admin side you would just need to put in your list you want them added to??
