Thank you.
For further reference in case anyone stumbles on this, the rule that hit us was SECArgumentsLimit which has a default value of 1000. This is part of the Imunify360 Apache Rule Set
That would be the problem – thank you for the pointer.
Can I recommend that you add this onto the page you listed in the first post – may solve a lot for other people.
Many Thanks
Thank you for your reply.
Yes we have. We have upped the number form 10,000 to 15,000 and yet still cant add entries. Our hosting has confirmed that this change has taken affect and I have tested manually by submitting 12,500 post requests in one go with no issues to the server and have had a valid response.
Are there any other known server configurations needed to be changed in order to make this work?
Many Thanks
If it helps:
Reviewing the post data when clicking save in the back end shows that the ‘nav-menu-data’ array has 988 array items, with 10 items associated per given ID.
Just got back in the office this morning to test this and it is now working with the latest version (2.9.8.4)
Thank you all for your help – I really appreciate the time this takes to resolve.
Kind Regards,
I should add that the error notices still show on the feed (**NOTE** This error is only shown to logged in Admins of this WordPress install)
And as for the images not working in 2.9.7.1, taking the image URL from the plugin into a browser posts a return message of “URL Signature Expired”
Sorry but still no luck..
Have completely removed the plugin from my site, reinstalled, logged into my personal Facebook to then give permissions to the business page. All seems to go through smoothly. Facebook settings page thinks it’s connected ok. Just no actual feed.
Conducting some rollback tests the feed works on 2.9.7.1 (although facebook post images dont load hence why I was updating) but it fails on 2.9 8. The changelog notes that tokens are now encrypted but fear the migration process is broken..
Can you provide a list of all database keys relating to the token and details on how it is encrypted to I can go into the database to manually update and see it it works?
Thanks,
Thank you for the responses.
Removing and re-adding has not helped us further. And we can’t seem to see any further options anywhere on Facebook to select to make this work.
We’ll wait to hear from you in the future once your developers have worked it out.
Thanks for the swift reply – we are UK based.
Not sure where to go for App and Website Cookies control -> In our privacy page we have the optional “cookies on other apps and websites” allowed but not sure if this is the same thing. Do you have a link to the correct page please?
Aside from that, we are on the latest version 2.9.8.10
I do use my personal login but still not having much luck.
Thank you!
Ok.. I’ll mark this as closed as it seems that operating both simultaneously isn’t the right approach, and it may be worth indicating this as there are sections of your documentation that state that it is possible.
And whilst this isn’t really a plugin issue per se, the issue with the PayPal Dahsboard is one of user permissions, we’re happy to allow staff access to the website to issue refunds, significantly less so to give them PayPal credentials as there seems to be no way to limit them to just issuing refunds.I wish you luck developing this plugin going forward.
Ok I thought it was 1.6.5 but you are probably right that it is 1.6.3 that is problematic.. We’ve had issues since 1.6.2 (PPC-452 – please give a response on this, have emailed but nothing)
Can the new plugin make refunds for orders made through the old one? and vice versa?
If not, then it becomes mandatory for both plugins to be enabled concurrently for at least 180 days overlap in order to be compliant with PayPals T&C’s regarding refunding orders.Request Submitted: PPC-452
We would appreciate expediency on this, as this kind of bug is very open to fraudulent abuse.
Kind Regards
Good Morning,
It breaks on 1.6.2 – 1.6.1 works as expected.
WooCommerce version: 5.9.0
WordPress version: 5.8.2Image links from version 1.6.2 showing the amount that should be paid on the ckeckout page (£45) and then the PayPal to pay screen (redacted) to show that it is displaying the full amount (£45 plus the future payment amount)

In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Plugin Reducing StockBelieve me I’ve tried – The stock adjust happens only a few minutes after we bulk generate the PDF invoices and PDF Picking Lists so we are completely dumbfounded.. Our process after that is to go to the warehouse and pick orders, so no other actions occur at the time.. the plugin states compatibility with Woo Commerce Deposits (Partial Payments) and i can only wonder if there is actually a bug between the two..

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Royal Mail Click and Drop Integration Stopped Working@abwaita
With polite respect you haven’t really answered my questions, one of which was whether WooCommerce keeps logs of REST API calls as that would help identify if the calls are failing for a given reason or not making it to the server at all.Secondly, the correct link for Royal Mail Click & Drop is here – https://help.parcel.royalmail.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115003806094-Contact-Support
May I also ask what investigation was undertaken for you to reach this conclusion? I do feel like this is simply a “pass it onto someone else” answer before any investigation was done.
