sorry for coming back that late, weather was to nice ??
No I don’t use the Form Builder Addon yet, but I would if it would be possible to modify the usual Login Form with that Addon.
Otherwise it wouldn’t be very helpful because I really need that third field.
My wordpress site communicates with an intern database and needs to identify who is logged in.CleverReach (https://cleverreach.com/de/login) is using such a form. That’s exactly what I’m looking for…
