Well after trying those then I contacted the Hosting server and it seems the issue was there, they had to give me more memory and it is working now on both accounts! But they said it’s too much memory!

Okay I tried both reinstalling and test out the other plugins but the issue still remains the same!

Yeah okay so I’ll try uninstalling the plugin and then installing it again, so normally I shouldn’t lose my Products data, Settings, etc… if I reinstall right?

Yeah because I also checked how to stop it from sending Sub-Orders but couldn’t find a way and understood that it might not be possible. So thanks for your time and help @damianmachnik !

Yeah, we use Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer, Shop Magic and WP Mail SMTP! This might be the case for us too, as you said that you handled the issue then what we can we do?

Okay, also one more thing regarding with this issue our Customers are getting email for each sub-order and main order! This is the main reason why we wanted to disable sub-orders. Why are the Customers getting them? What can we do so the Customers get only email of the main order and not the sub-orders also?

I’am using Loco Plugin.

Thanks again for your answer, yeah I just want the PDF documents to be in German and I already had a plugin so I translated it with it (Loco Plugin). But it still remained in English then I checked some other topics here in Support and understood that the Costumer gets the PDF in Site Language and the Admin in Admin language (because when I switch to German Admin Language then it’s in German).
So now the last thing as for customizing some strings that your mentioned in (2.) how can I do that?

Thank you very much for your replay! ps. I forgot to mention that for Inovice also I want the language to be German. So there’s no other way to just switch it up to German because as you mentioned that your plugin is available in German? So I just have to add them myself manually as it is said in Custom translations from the link you send me by copying the .po and .mo right? Then I get an option which language to choose or I can switch it to German?
