  • I’m also a new user and downloaded the plugin on two different sites. I’m not able to do backups using DropBox. The app shows up as being downloaded at both drop box accounts and I select DropBox as my location folder when I create a new job to backup.

    Any suggestions?

    I am having a difficult time showing my dashboard widget as well. I have the correct user role checked as well as the widget checked. I have also reinstalled it several times with turning my computer off in between. I’ve tried it on two different websites and themes to no avail. I don’t have any other Google plug ins on these WordPress sites as well.

    On both accounts after entering the code, Google Analytics logging said it was “disabled” rather than “enabled”. I had to manually enable it and save it. Do you know if that could be causing the issue and what is causing that?
