    Been doing some digging and removing different plugins and try an upload in EW and found a plugin that seems to be problematic called High Speed Cache when I deactivate it word press will show the uploaded files or changes. So I think this is the culprit, we have been using it for awhile with no problems, but with WP updates might have broke it

    I will have the main web master look into that I just look after the clinic setups and some forum areas. He has the access to the Cpanel

    here are the messages from today with one user having problems I think it was more user error. BUT I did notice yesterday when I uploaded a few images when submitted the page went blank without any remark or anything saying they were received and few others have said the same thing.

    Here is the conversation between the member and the image chairman from today Maybe you can figure out what is happening

    I feel mine has gone through now ok, but it would be nice to be sure. I hope others don’t have this problem, particularly if they are not computer savvy.

I made the changes and now I am unable to upload, I get that same flag again, this time telling me to refresh the page and upload again, but it doesn’t work.  I have deleted the original image the area is clear and I can’t put anything in it.

    I just reloaded again for the third time and it went through.  I made no changes to the submission. It seems to be a software problem as you suggest.

    Ah yes I use rolls to create a helper that could go in and download the ratings and look at uploaded image in order to make sure they are in the proper sections , without giving them full admin to the site . I know you have the options in EW permissions but it was easier to create a WP helper and just assign it to members who look after EW

    Ok I figured it out seems some how entry ezrating was not assigned to entry wizard judge I reassigned it and it is ok

    Ok sounds good . I can still use it the way it is I just have to let people know to select the ticket twice if they have a problem

    They have to be logged in to even see the page , What I found was if I log in as them I select a ticket and the yellow line shows up to go to cart. If I select it the cart is empty But if I select the add the ticket again then select the go to cart it is there. Seems they have to select a ticket twice then go to cart.
    I wonder if they have cookies turn off and the first time they click it it does know they selected a ticket, thus having to select add to cart again.

    Found the problem seems the entry wizard judge role had the entry_wizard_download ewz_rating unchecked

    working now

    Re above request I have setup a few camera club sites with entry Wizard and not one had a problem with their users putting in their club level. Are you members that _____ that they are not able to click a simple box stating their level, Joise has created a great program for clubs and has made it simple to setup and use, and people want changes that only they use for their club instead of adapting their club to Entry Wizard.

    Yes I just figured it out It is in the ratings form I had a Memory Lapse, Just select all the clinics and all the categories but only the selected ones for end of year.

    If I knew what I was doing I would help out But I don’t… I guess it would be an added feature to have a bit more control of the judging part of the process. Now if I could only talk my son into it ??
